Formal Notice of InsurePride Annual General Meeting (AGM)

This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of InsurePride Incorporated. The details of this meeting are as follows:

Date:	Thursday 27th November, 2025
Time:	3.30pm-4.30pm AEDST
Place:	CHU Underwriting Agencies Pty Ltd Level 33, 101 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 (Meeting will also be held virtually)

  Register for the in-person attendance here, as capacity is limited. If you can only attend virtually, please register here. At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about InsurePride’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of InsurePride Incorporated
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statements
• elect office bearers.

The following special resolution/s will be proposed at the annual general meeting:

• Governing document requirements To demonstrate InsurePride operates on an NFP basis, we are required to have clauses in our governing documents that prohibit distribution of income or assets for the benefit of specific people – both while it operates and when it winds up. We need to have sufficient controls in place to ensure members and other private persons don’t receive the income, property or assets of the organisation (other than as reimbursement for services they have provided or for expenses incurred on behalf of the organisation).
